Shankar B.Iyer -Founder and CEO

Shankar, a Cost and Management Accountant, having more than 22 years of Experience in Manufacturing and Service Industries. He has rich experience with Indian Blue Chips and US Mnc’s in Senior Positions in Finance helping drive Corporate objectives through the Finance Function. His Forte is MIS, Cost and Profitability Analysis and Financial Modelling. Shankar has handled complex roles in Finolex Cables in raising Short Term Finance for their greenfield Capex Project. With Honeywell Automation Limited in improving DSO in Receivables Management in the challenging Building Automation Division and with Tyco Fire and Security as Finance Head for their Sprinkler Division managing the Slump Sale as well as handling Business Finance. His last role in the Corporate Sector was as Senior General Manager Finance -Finance Operations with Fincare Small Finance Bank handling a team of 25 members.

CA Sreekumar Mankuzhy has two-and-a-half decades of post-qualification experience derived mainly from audit and financial sector in India and Middle East. He is a member and Charterholder from the CFA Institute (USA), CAIA Association (USA) and GARP (USA). He is also a qualified Insolvency Resolution Professional under the newly introduced Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code of India. His expertise makes him immensely competent in handling systems and system related applications, thereby offering the Firm an edge in areas related to automation and related practices.

Charumathy S.Iyer

Charumathy, a Cost and Management Accountant, a Gold Medallist in B.Com, has an overall work experience of more than 5 years in the Banking Sector. She has worked with ANZ Grindlays, HDFC Bank and Indus Ind Bank in Banking Operations including Trade Finance. She is a Founder Promoter of Cool Beans an Event Management Firm since 2008 and would mainly be lead the Training /Accounts Outsourcing Vertical at Upsurge.She is Founder Promoter of Cool Beans an Event Management Firm since 2008. An excellent Singer and Anchor by herself, she will lead the Training /Accounts Outsourcing Vertical at Upsurge.
